Moved into the apartment late April and things were easy to get started. The lobby provides complimentary water, coffee, and fruit. Staff is friendly and has always been helpful to me whenever I have a question or concern. The apartment location is very convenient, within a 4-mile drive from Target, Costco, Sprouts, Fry's, Sportsmans, Ross, AMC, and plenty of restaurants. Whenever there is an issue the staff usually has it fixed by the week and overall the place is kept up really well. The only critic is parking.

I have been living here since October 2018. I was welcome with open arms and treated like royalty. Amazing staff and phenomenal managers Arvella, Julissa, and Anna.
I have been living here since April, the staff is very nice and accommodating. The location is very convenient, you’re next to basically anything you’ll need including Costco, Walmart, an AMC theater, and tons of restaurants. The layout of their apartments are spacious and nice because they offer nice laminate flooring and considerable living spaces. Quick freeway access, plus they are located between the sections of the Loop 101 and I-17.
