They fire their employees if they breastfeed! Awful managing of an establishment.
Absolutely awful. Firing a employee for breast feeding? So ridiculous.
These reviews are a joke !! This place is amazing !!! The employees are passionate for animals but someone got fired and told all her Facebook friends her side of her story hence why the lopped sided reviews 60 5's and what 19 1's some of these people have never even stepped foot into the place just going by what their friend told them there's a difference from a review and sabotage I hope this does make it to court you know why ?? They have fired an employee for providing her daughter with the best nutrients a mother can give her child. It is against the law for them to fire an employee for pumping! It's healthy for an employee to take 15 minutes out of their work than those who smoke! They are pathetic for not allowing a mother to provide for her child and speaking out for her rights as a mother and person!
Definitely wish I could zero star this Bark Avenue so called business. I'm disgusted that they push employees into the bathroom to pump, also don't allow their employees to pump, if they want to pump they have to cut back there hours, my friend is a mother to a premature baby, that needs these nutrients in her life. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars!!!! A good friend of mine just came back from maternity leave & was told she couldn't pump or had to cut back on hours. Then she told her to pump in the BATHROOM for her beautiful baby girl, who just came home from the nicu btw, after being born over 10 weeks early. This owner is an absolute inconsiderate BITCH!!!!!!!! I will NEVER go here and support her business!!!!! My friend just got fired for this, which is against the law!!!
