Staff and facility are excellent. I bring my dog in every Saturday (or when I need to leave town) and have nothing but good things to say.
Please be Advised: (since they didn't have the common decency to inform me) My Bella stayed one night at this doggy daycare. This was on August 11, 2016. This is the only time she has been around other animals since then. Last night, around 9:00pm she began coughing like she had a hairball stuck in her throat. My puggle, Charlie Rose, absolutely loves Bark Avenue. Charlie Rose was a regular for boarding and daycare when I lived in Omaha. Each time I would drop her off, she'd howl in excitement to see all her friends; and each time I picked her up, she left with her tail wagging and a huge smile on her face. I took both my dogs there for 5 nights and when we went to pick them up my little chihuahua had poo stuck to her bottom which they said just happened . But when she whipped her down I notice that she was really raw under her tail and bum.. So then when I got home to give her a bath we noticed that she had a little gash above her left eye and bumps on other eye kinda like stye or something.. I am more than impressed with the way that my dogs are treated and loved! Everyone is so friendly and nice! I have read some of the other reviews and there are 2 sides to every story. Because someone was fired and mad about it and decides to throw such a fit seems unrealistic to be true. I can't ever imagine that they would treat their employees this way!!
This place is terrible cause they wont let new mothers work their and do breast pumping for milk of new borns. My daughter was just fired their cause she has to pump milk during the day for my new grandchild. They dont even know that its against the law not to allow new mothers to do this at work.
This place is amazing, best! I am so happy I can take my dog to puppy day care while I work and have staff that is passionate and caring and takes good care of her. My puppy is 7 months old and that was her first week there and she loves it
