Sarah must NOT have much to choose from! Obviously, she's an employee most customers do not know it's family owned because no one will talk to you!!! The owner is beyond rude!!! My bridesmaid selected their dresses out of a magazine and never tried anything else on. She did not have to pay anyone to service us and she completely mismeasured my bridesmaids as to make up extra cash on alterations! You would never know where she spends her profit...the building looks from the 70's! I will never go back!!!

This was one of the last bridal stores we looked at before my sister decided on her dress, and had by far the worst customer service I've encountered in any retail store. I was misinformed on the phone about dresses they carried, then when we arrived received NO personal assistance from ANY of the employees and we were the only ones in the store! Park Avenue Brides in Merriville Indiana was a much needed breath of fresh air. They are family owned and operated and the owner, Josephine is knowledgable and helpful. I will recommend them to family and friends for years to come, and look foward to seeing them in the future.
