Worst management company I've ever dealt with. They were entrenched for years at Victoria Crossing property in Lockport. With the help of an old board President, they mismanaged and ran the community into the ground while overcharging the community for more than a decade. They are so bad with having the area clean I pay 145 takes them so long to always clear out the subdivisions area I live at.

Buyer beware! This is by far the worst HOA I've ever ever seen. I buy and sell houses for a living, I've dealt with several associations and have never seen one run so poorly. The manager, Carol Smith refuses to return phone calls or emails. I'd like to share some of the many issues from the home inspection that are the HOA's responsibility (exterior) but can't get to speak with her. Yet, they charge $230 a month for a townhouse with no clubhouse, pool or any true amenities. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
