Horrible customer service by receptionist. She had an attitude and had no idea about any of the simple questions I was asking about. Definitely not trying to help out in any way. It’s a shame because this doctor seems to be great.
Sadly Brad was one of the victims of the Miami Condo collapse along with his brother Gary in June 2021. What a terrible story. Both Brad and Gary were great doctors.
Dr. Cohen is very friendly and informative it was a pleasure working with him and the staff there. Definitely recommend this office and I will be going back for future issues and visits.
