I had been a patient for at least 2 years. This year my insurance changed, but the office failed to inform me that they are out of network. I was waiting for the doctor to let me know if they would be able to do my surgery, only to be ignored. They completely ghosted me. Dr. Alexander Krawiecki of Aventura Hand Center is the type of physician who walks into a room and immediately instills confidence. His expert care — before, during, and after surgery — proved my first impression was spot on.
