I called for the first time to set an appointment and the young lady that answered the phone was so unprofessional speak clearly and inform people so they know where they are calling.
A real Doctor! Great job for me!
Haven’t actually gone there but I was trying to make an appointment. Lady on the phone (don’t have her name but she was working the phones on October 3rd at 11:40 AM). Gave me options that I wouldn’t meet with a doctor for another month, I declined politely and she told me “well thanks for wasting my time” and hung up. I was on the phone for maybe 3 minutes so what time did I waste ? Horrible horrible customer service,
I had a surgeries on July 12th. With Doctor Kraweicki. I had the most wonderful experience. See 2 + years ago I had the same surgery with another doctor, the pain that I had was unbearable, it took me months for the pain to go away and my hand to heal. Till today, my left thumb still with some numbness and it hurts sometimes. Therapy was the worst.That was 2+ years ago. Dr. Krawiecki is a kind person and a brilliant doctor. He relieved 2 years worth of pain and suffering in 10 minutes.. he personally called and followed up. After a scheduling mishap where my procedure has to be put off.. he went out of his way and stayed after hours with staff to help me. I'm so glad I found him.. you won't be sorry
