Janyell is so friendly and helpful! Love this location. The pool and exercise room are well-maintained, and the units have up-to-date cabinetry and appliances. Plus, it's right beside the greenway trail. :)
Crystal and Tyler really helped me out while I lived here! Maintenance was always on point , Gary, Chris, Darryl, and Justin. I recommend!
I lived at MAA Indian for three years and can’t think of single legitimate issue I had during my stay. The maintenance staff addressed all work orders in a timely manner, were professional, and friendly. All of my encounters with management were through Tyler Loyd who for those three years has been professional and easy to work with. My overall experience with MAA has been good and I would recommend anyone looking to move apartments to give MAA Indian a try.
I lost my wallet on the grounds and with the help of Tyler, Crystal, Gary, Justin, and Darryl they were able to get it back to me ASAP! Thank you all!
Called in a work order about wall outlets wasn’t working. They came fast and took their time and fixed the issue. Every time I have a maintenance problem they are there to solve it. Thank you guys for doing a great job. (Daryl, Gary, Justin & Chris) Crystal and Tyler are very helpful when I call and have any questions for them.
