I have lived at MAA Indian Lake going on 7 years and have enjoyed my time living here! Chris and Gary with maintenance have done a great job at keeping my apartment maintenance needs taken care of! Lisa, Tyler, and Crystal are always friendly, professional, and always willing to help me with whatever I need!
I just want those that rent here to beware of additional costs that you may encounter when leaving this apartment complex. We had a stain on the carpet in one room which I reported before leaving. I was prepared to pay for the replacement of the carpet in the one room. They replaced the carpet in the entire apartment (3BR) because the die lot would be different and i was expected to pay for that. I have lived here for a year now and it’s been a great experience! Tyler and Crystal are always reliable and consistent. I’ve also never had issues contacting maintenance when needed. All the staff members I’ve interacted with have always been kind.
I’ve toured at this community a couple of times, Tyler, Crystal, Lisa, and Chris have been very friendly and helpful when I stopped by. The area is gorgeous and centrally located in Hendersonville next to where all I will shop! I will be leasing here when I can!
