I moved in a year ago and it’s been a nightmare. The office is super friendly until you move in and then you see how they really are. When I moved in my 1 bedroom was $1138 so I took it for the low price. My renewal rate is now 1343 for the same unit that was never renovated and has disgusting stained carpet that looks ten years old. When I tried to negotiate they said it was worth $1509! Hilarious! Excellent place to live, whether short-term or long-term. Tyler and Crystal made us feel immediately at home. On a daily basis, we can see them as well as the rest of the crew: Chris, Darryl, Gary, Justin, and Janyce around the complex. They are approachable, making us feel like they really care about us individually, as well as the complex. Tyler and Crystal (Justin, Gary, Daryl with the maintenance crew) have been absolutely wonderful during our year at the apartment complex! Anytime we had question, concerns, or maintenance issues they were very quick to respond and fix the problems! Best apartment we have rented by far!
I moved here from Atlanta and had a great experience with the management team here, Tyler, Crystal, Lisa, Chris, Darryl, Gary, and Justin all made my residency here amazing. Thank you so much guys
I decided on moving into this community because of the trail and proximity to my job, Tyler and Crystal have been wonderful to me while living here and the maintenance team Justin, Gary, and Darryl are very quick and responsive to any of my needs.
