Parking is awful. Read the rest of the reviews from months and years past. Obviously they aren’t doing anything to fix it.
I have loved living at the community for the last four years and the management staff Tyler, Lisa, Crystal, Chris, Gary have made my stay awesome! Keep on keeping on!
I just want those that rent here to beware of additional costs that you may encounter when leaving this apartment complex. We had a stain on the carpet in one room which I reported before leaving. I was prepared to pay for the replacement of the carpet in the one room. They replaced the carpet in the entire apartment (3BR) because the die lot would be different and i was expected to pay for that. Lived here for 10 years but was unfortunately priced out of my apartment with the annual increases. Just for them to then list my unit for $300+ less then what I was currently paying after I turned in my notice to leave. The biggest issues are parking, even if you pay for a spot people will still park there and getting the office to tow them is impossible. And the loud noises from a few tenants cars. Been here for so many years for a reason. Tyler & Crystal are amazing. They both will listen when issues arise, take their time listening to you & handle issues right away with care involved. Even the maintenance team is awesome. Respectful & nice and will go over and beyond to fix repairs fast. Tyler & Crystal don’t just treat you like you stay in an apartment, they realize it’s your home and everyone’s home is different. Thank you again. It’s definitely a place you can call home!
