We had a wonderful tour and on boarding with Tyler and Crystal. Everything from the warm greeting from Crystal when we first walked in to filling out the move in inspection was smooth and easy. When we needed some help or clarification, Tyler was there to guide us every step. The facility is top notch. The grounds are well groomed, pool is sparkling, and the apartment itself was clean and functional. If you're looking for a home, don't hesitate to call and grab a tour- I'm sure you'll end up a resident like us!
The apartment is a good size and well laid out. The amenities are nice as well. Maintenence is quick to fix issues that may arise in the apartment. My favorite part is the proximity to the Greenway. I can walk out my door and walk along the Greenway in multiplier directions. Of course the proximity to so many shops and restaurantsis awesome too - Sam's, Hobby Lobby, Walmart, Aldi, Regal Theater, Moe's, 5 Guys too name just a few.
I moved in a year ago and it’s been a nightmare. The office is super friendly until you move in and then you see how they really are. When I moved in my 1 bedroom was $1138 so I took it for the low price. My renewal rate is now 1343 for the same unit that was never renovated and has disgusting stained carpet that looks ten years old. When I tried to negotiate they said it was worth $1509! Hilarious! Excellent place to live, whether short-term or long-term. Tyler and Crystal made us feel immediately at home. On a daily basis, we can see them as well as the rest of the crew: Chris, Darryl, Gary, Justin, and Janyce around the complex. They are approachable, making us feel like they really care about us individually, as well as the complex. Tyler and Crystal (Justin, Gary, Daryl with the maintenance crew) have been absolutely wonderful during our year at the apartment complex! Anytime we had question, concerns, or maintenance issues they were very quick to respond and fix the problems! Best apartment we have rented by far!
