I want to say that the maintenance service guy doing the services quickly and its a excellent services. I'm so happy with this maintenance services.
If you have a dog, I would strongly advise against living at Aventon Soraya. The grooming area and dog park are infested with fleas, which has caused serious problems for my pet. I have spent over $500 on vet visits and flea treatments because of the ongoing flea issue. I requested flea treatment from management three times, taking time off work and waiting at home for the pest control team, but they never showed up. Mail system not secure. Packages have been stolen from mailroom multiple times and nothing was done to resolve the issue. Disappointed to say the least
Updated review - I thought everything was good but I want add a warning for new and existing residents - they have horrendously upcharged me with move out charges. My only miss was not being part of move out inspection. And they are showing charges that are unsubstantiated and unjustified. Very bad experience on the move out.
