Update: Vikki, Yana, Scott, & especially Shannon and Joe are all “6’s” because of how friendly and accommodating they are (including bringing in interesting food trucks:-). I also appreciate that they have been here since I moved in 3 years ago (instead of a revolving door of employees, as some apartment complexes have). My neighbors are quiet and polite, except there is/are now somewhere in this building someone who smoke weed :-(when the staff isn’t working) even though this is a smoke-free property. As a new resident I am absolutely in love with the community which is quiet, clean & perfectly located. I leave a 4 star review due to a very frustrating move-in process. My preferred move in date was the 1st of the month like most persons but I felt pressured to lock-in by the 22nd or 26th due to leasing deadlines, which cost an additional pro rated fee with first month, deposit and application fees.
