I had a great experience touring the property with Noel Guzman. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. He answered all my questions and really went above and beyond with his customer service. I had just toured a neighboring apartment community while checking out my options, and honestly, that experience was awkward and disappointing. Coming here was a completely different vibe. Made me feel welcome right away and gave me a lot more confidence in considering this community.

Pasé unos meses con un problema con un vecino (por encerrar a los perritos a altas horas de la noche y no paraban de ladrar) fueron unos meses súper incómodos … Pero gracias a Angie la nueva manager del complex solucionó el problema súper rápido 🙏🏻 ya hemos vuelto a tener paz y tranquilidad en nuestro hogar
Loved living here. I would’ve stayed if I didn’t move out of the area. Great team, prime location close to key roads to avoid traffic and get around all of Orlando, the theme parks, shopping, etc. Wonderful natural light, spacious, lots of storage in unit, and I never had to worry about parking. The cherry on top was this gorgeous sunset view over the pond. The view from the pool was also gorgeous.
