Moved in 2 weeks ago and so far so good. Gus was GREAT to work with and has phenomenal communication skills! He answered any and very question I had and I had a lot with a smile. After touring so many places and interacting with different people he was by far the best! My only complaints: The hallways can definitely be cleaned. I haven’t seen anyone clean them in the 2 weeks I’ve been here. Honestly the apartment are beautiful , and the leasing staff are all amazing , maintenance is amazing , Property manager is flexible and ensuring that needs are met .
Some points to consider before moving here: Pros: -Good gym, well-equipped for regular workouts. -Nice pool area for relaxing or swimming. -The club room is a great space for small gatherings. -Apartments themselves are nice, modern, and comfortable. -Maintenance is quick and efficient, usually resolving issues fast. -Kind and helpful cleaning team. -There are some great people in the office who are helpful and kind. -Trash removal 5 days a week at you door (you pay for it) -Spacious elevators — only my sofa didn’t fit!
