Milton is an incredible maintenance supervisor, he’s quick to fix the issues in my apartment and he’s incredibly kind I recommend him to 100%

We recently moved out and wanted to leave a note about my experience at Aventon Opal. We had nothing but a perfect time and thoroughly enjoyed living there. The management, especially Claudia, Paola, and Amanda were so kind, always willing to help when needed, and just overall a joy to be around. The amenities were top notch and we especially loved the gym and office spaces. They did a great job of keeping the place maintained and clean. Moving from a different state can be stressful, but finding this apartment complex made the entire transition so much easier. Gina was absolutely amazing and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful while I was searching for the perfect place and made me feel confident about my decision even before arriving. The property itself is beautiful and always clean.
