Aventon is a wonderful community that truly takes care of its residents. From the atmosphere to the service, it feels like home. Highly recommended.
Moving from Tampa to Orlando was tough, especially leaving the beach, but living at Aventon Opal has made the transition so much easier. This community truly feels like home, not just a place to live. Everything is beautiful, welcoming, and well maintained. Huge shoutout to Gina for always being so helpful and supportive—she made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend Aventon Opal!
We’ve been living here for almost 3 months and we love it. The experience has been amazing since the beginning with Claudia been supper attentive, answering all of our questions and helping us with the process, to the day you move in. If you have any issues maintenance is there to help you solve everything. They do super fun activities in the month as well!
I can’t recommend ADVENTON OPAL more !! The community is beautiful and is also extremely well maintained. The staff is excellent and very attentive to all your needs !! They helped my son and I so much with the application process, it was easy and very efficient to upload all necessary documents to apply. I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The manager Amanda and Claudia they’re incredibly kind and was very helpful with my transfer to a better apartment. I truly have no complaints about this complex; everything is excellent. I also feel very comfortable here, and whenever something needs repair, they come quickly to fix it. Overall, I’m very satisfied.
