Let me begin by saying that the reason for this is because of their shady tactics in taking your money for applying. We applied over a month ago and we were dragged along on waiting for my wife’s income, which we’ve both told them, is an offer letter that they themselves said they couldn’t accept. Great service at the leasing Office. Claudia helped us during the tour and she was incredibly helpful and also follow-up with us regarding the apartments she showed us. This is a great community and I just wished it was a little bit less expensive for us to move-in right away without a doubt. Thanks Claudia for a great first experience!
While I cannot leave a review on what it's like to live there, our tour was great and we were extremely impressed by the apartment complex. We absolutely loved the community and Gus was incredible. We did many tours while in the area, and Gus by far was the best tour guide we had. He was transparent and personable. Do not and I mean DO NOT even think about renting here. We have been here for around 3 months and have seen more than enough to want to leave as soon as possible. Let’s start off with the property itself. Sure they’ll sell you that they have a nice pool, a crappy little dog park, and “amenity areas”. But as soon as you realize that all these “amenities” come with a heavy price and is not worth it at all, it’ll be too late.
