Hate it! Don’t come here!! The clubhouse is a joke! And all of the stupid rules at Aventon make it impossible to even watch football on the big TV’s on Sunday’s! There is also mold everywhere! Mold in my bathroom!!
WARNING Just awoken AGAIN at 2 AM from a FALSE fire alarm. Sounds like an emergency siren going off . The genius who designed the building interconnected EVERY unit’s fire alarms with each other. The amplitude is indescribable. This is a constant problem within this complex. Sooner or later someone needs to sue them. This has GOT to be illegal. Unfortunately, this complex does not take mold remediation seriously. Management has only covered the problem up rather than truly fixing it. Save yourself the hospital bills and look for somewhere else to live.
I'm appalled at the bug services here, not only do they not commit to the valet trash, but the bug situation is absolutely disgusting!!! 🤮, I've had ants in my apartments for 3 weeks now, what's the point in paying for pest control when they can't keep pest out. It may look like nice apartment but honestly it's a joke. Do better Aventon Noelle.
We have been here one month and we are very happy with our experience. Ignore the bad reviews about the service here. They were inundated with excited new tenants like us all at one time. They explained that some things would take time at the beginning (such as the application processing) But they followed through on everything!
