Just finished a tour with Kaleb who is awesome. The apartment complex is pristine with all the bells and whistles you could ask for. Kaleb gave me all the time and information I needed to take with me. It was incredibly hot but we jumped into the air conditioned elevators quickly. The campus is very beautiful. The apartments are top notch. Thanks to all
Kaleb and Shane are so welcoming and have been so accommodating throughout touring and answering all of our questions. When I had a question about dimensions in the apartment Shane went on his break to measure it and got back to me very quickly. Highly recommend and beautiful place!
We just leased an apartment at Aventon Noelle. Kaleb was our representative and he was beyond wonderful! Clearly 5 star rating. He was very professional, extremely patient, and a wonderful personality !!! The very best !!!
After seeing several comments saying the same thing, it’s clear that the leasing office here is intentionally scamming people out of money via their application process. I applied, paid $325, was pre-approved completed every task they needed me to do in order to receive my lease….and then they ghosted me. Wouldn’t return calls or emails. I had to back in person, speak with the manager who promised to have me situated by the end of the day….3 days went by, and nothing.
