DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT MOVE HERE! They will charge you a 300$ cleaning fee when you leave regardless of how well you clean. I spent all day cleaning and they still charged me because I didn’t provide receipts of a mandatory professional cleaning. Living here feels like a job because they’re always sending out notices and threatening you with fees if you don’t follow them. Save yourself the headaches and DONT MOVE HERE!

I’ve been living at Aventine since 2021, and I’ve had an amazing experience from day one. I’ve never been disappointed. The community is always clean and well-maintained, and the maintenance staff is truly amazing—very efficient, responsive, and professional. On top of that, all of my neighbors are very friendly, which makes it feel even more like home. I genuinely enjoy living here and highly recommend it.

We came to view a potential apartment a couple of weeks ago with La Nita Peppers. Although we decided we needed something on the first floor, which wasn’t available at the time, I just wanted to give a shout-out to how professional and caring she was. She took the time to show us an apartment even though it was right before closing. She never rushed us, answered all of our questions, and gave us a full tour of the property.
