Water is off every week maintenance is not good
If you can afford to live somewhere else do it. We have been with clogged toilets and have been told they don’t have maintenance available to unclog toilets and that it would be a waste of money to fix such an easy problem with an outside plumbing company.

DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE! I could write a BOOK about how horrible it was and the problems my mom had to deal with living here..the mold, the smell. From having to constantly dump dirty smelly water from the sink or it would just continue to flood the kitchen..to the bathroom ceiling leaking water and gushing out the wall and water dripping onto a light switch..and she was not the only one! She had an upstairs neighbor who had issues with their unit and water leaks..the neighbor behind my mom had leaking water issues... read more
