This is a very nice community and the grounds are very well kept. The tenants are all very respectful, the maintenance staff always courteous and efficient. The on-site manager Richard couldn't be any more helpful then he is when you need anything. He's very professional , always makes you feel welcome & provides excellent customer service.
Manager claimed income qualified, took my money for the application, incorrectly ran my credit report, refused to fix the mistake, then claimed my income didn't qualify anyways. He was overly nice and helpful until after I visited, I suspect he didn't approve of my lifestyle. Horrible manager and experience, he stole my money. Also crazy how he can shift from the nicest man you've ever met to very short and rude in the blink of an eye.. WARNING!!!!Very disappointed with Cannon Management! Aventine Apartments do not comply with the rules. Do not come to live here!!! The parking lot area is so dirty! We have vandalism, car; broken windows, they steal our packages; we have asked to put cameras around the property, the answer is always a NO.
