I absolutely love it here at Avenida Crossing! It is always clean, quiet, and pleasant. You can tell the management team truly cares about their community here. All of my questions get answered, even the ones about the beautiful plants throughout the property. I appreciate the response time and the effort provided to keep it safe and clean here.

Since Darlene became manager a few years ago, the experience for many residents has noticeably declined. Several long-term tenants have chosen to leave due to ongoing issues and what feels like persistent harassment from her. What was once a peaceful and comfortable community has become increasingly difficult to live in. I’ve lived here for nine years and have seen so many positive changes during that time. I really appreciate Darlene is an amazing property manager, She takes her role seriously and genuinely cares about the residents. She truly wants what’s best for everyone.
