Brandon.. Allen is the worst broker in this company. Please do not work with this company as they double book loads. After booking a load with us he vanished and simply ignored all my phone calls. Unprofessional behavior. He should be ashamed of naming himself a broker.
One of the most unprofessional and rude companies i have dealt with. Ladies and gentlemen when you need an update on your load these clown brokers nowhere to be found. For better broker service please contact Covenant Solutions, they are also in Chattanooga, TN and 10 times more reasonable on prices and they update without asking 20 million times.
