Estreya and the trainers at Avenger Athletics are most thoughtful and compassionate trainers. She is knowledgeable, being able to meet the needs of children to elderly. She also has an amazing heart for people with disabilities. Her adaptive gym is able to meet the needs of a wide range of individuals. I highly recommend Estreya and Avenger Athletics. They are truly there for you and will get you connected with what you need. They are a full service gym!
This gym focuses on whole-body health. Strength, mobility, recovery, and long-term wellness. All of the coaches are fantastic and genuinely invested in your progress. It’s not just a gym, it’s a supportive community that makes you want to keep showing up.
