I’m not 20 and so protecting my body from injury matters to me. I told my coach I wanted to compete without hurting myself in the process. She is amazing, evaluating, watching, correcting if my position is not right. I drive an hour to get here and it is totally worth it!
This was the best decision I’ve made in a long time . Coach Estreya takes the time to know your goals , and provides support along with every one else in the gym.
Avengers is one of the most welcoming, inclusive gyms I have ever been to. The community here is unparalleled. Estreya takes the time with each of the athletes and gives individualized feedback / programming based on need. Would highly recommend!
