O stars, As a Pakistani myself I can say we will not be returning back here, The Pakistani Girls over there have such bad service and were very rude and disrespectful, we were waiting for 2 hours for them to hand us back our form and they never called us back up then I went up to the counter and there was a Spanish girl and she was much nicer and gave us the form and told us all the information we needed.
I am disappointed with my recent experience at this facility. My dad had an appointment scheduled for 4 PM, but upon our arrival, we learned that the doctor had left and could not see him. It appears there was a scheduling error, but we were not informed of this until we got there, which felt unprofessional. Considering my dad is a diabetic and had fasted all day for his blood work, this situation was particularly frustrating.
