We’ve been here over 18 months and recently renewed our lease because we loved it here. In the past few months, some bad actors have been allowed to move in and they feel like dumping their garbage and furniture into the trash dumpster enclosures, not actually in the dumpster, but all around it…even though there is plenty of space in it! Current resident who has had numerous issues with my home and had to put in numerous work orders, some of which were not taken seriously. Additionally, was charged triple my rent due to mistakes on managements part. Which are not being refunded after being promised they would assist with the processing and correction of the issues. Lots of verbal promises to make me feel better and to get me to stop communicating regarding the problem, with no follow through or correction for the issue.
I am so happy I moved here! The security and peace of mind are wonderful, but the service is what really stands out. Amaury C is amazing—he handles every maintenance concern lightning-fast and with a great attitude. He even gives me tips on how to handle small things myself . Please keep him on the team! It’s such a relief knowing any issue I have will be addressed within a day.
