First impressions are not the case in this housing complex. When you walk in, it looks very prestige and the staff are courteous. Once you become a tenant that changes, The staff becomes condescending and very dismissive. it didn’t take long to notice the cockroaches the rodents, ants, the gnats getting into your home because there is space by the doors and not completely sealed. I have lived here for 1.5 years and love it. The community is beautiful, the office and maintenance staff is amazing, and the monthly resident events they host are are fun way to connect. Highly recommend living here!
Have been here a couple of weeks now. Move in was very smooth, had a small power/breaker issue that was fixed very promptly. Hot water and heat have held up very well during the extreme cold. Very happy to be here and as long as this still shows 5 stars my opinion hasn't changed. Edit as of a year later: Knocking down a star for 1 simple reason - parking. I’ve lived in many places over the last 10+ years, and I can honestly say that Avendale Painted Tree is the most beautiful community I’ve ever called home. These are individual homes, so no one lives above you—only side neighbors. Having my own little yard has been such a blessing. I love tending to my plants, feeding the birds, and simply sitting outside to relax. It truly feels like home. What makes this community even more special is the incredible maintenance team.
