I just passed my one-year anniversary and the Avencia team was easy to work with on a few small repairs. All in all, I like the quality build of my home and all this neighborhood has to offer.
So they don’t pay realtor commissions like 99% of builders, they offer no military incentives like 99% of builders. Also, if you want them to pay the realtor commission, they roll it into the price of the house so it’ll increase. Hard pass. Extremely disappointing.
I had the opportunity to work with Anthony, Matt and Robbie. They are a amazing team, super responsive and always there to help with any issues. I would highly recommend Avencia Homes.
I will share the pros and cons. Overall there are many pros contrary to the reviews. My husband and I recently closed on a townhome here in Riverwalk on April 4th. That was pretty seamless and most all things on the inspection report were addressed and fixed. John the project manager was excellent and went above and beyond for us.
