EXCELLENT SERVICE! It was easy to schedule the appointment despite short time notice. Ana was very friendly over the phone and gave me suggestions on parking too. I had a 60 minute hydra facial. Ana was very patient and thorough, examining my skin, properly cleansing first before applying product. She explained every step, every product and its benefits. She customized it to fit MY skin specific needs. The bed and sheet were comfortable, heated. She also used small hot stones, gave me a small neck and hand massage, very nice... read more
