It’s a nice apartment but bugs everywhere and no parking they never toe anyone that doesn’t live here so u have to walk a mile to get to your place half the time. Beth is great but this apartment I regret moving in and they raise the price every month I’m so done. Don’t make me sign a lease if it’s not what I actually pay and bugs everywhere all the time. Pay for trash but put my trash out and no one takes it so just bs all the way around.
I just moved from Canada to Austin Texas and the whole leasing experience has been outstanding! I would like to give a shout out to Beth, Dessica & Jenna for making everything so smooth for us. Furthermore, the maintenance crew especially Josh has been outstanding!
I've been living here for over 3 years now and while the location and amenities are good, there are some notable downsides. The walls are extremely thin, making it feel like you're sharing a room with your neighbors. All one-bedroom units share walls with three other units, which can be quite noisy depending on your neighbors (view the floor plan map). I love this place!! It's quite and close to a ton of new places opening up in the area. Beth is amazing, her personality and willingness to let me know everything about the place and area is what got me to move here, I didn't get to tour that day but she sold me on it, she has always been helpful and kind every time I go to the office. Haven't had any problems and I'm going on my second year of living here. They also have great events and food trucks.
