Aven provided me with my first acupuncture experience. I was a little nervous about how the needles would feel and if it would be painful. Not only were the needles not painful but it was actually pleasurable. Aven treated me for a severe cold that I just could not kick. Almost immediately I had relief once the needles were in. I felt very confident in Aven’s abilities and she talked me through each step. I would highly recommend anyone that is thinking about acupuncture to give Aven a try.
Having the opportunity to live with my sister for a few months, I was lucky enough to get weekly acupuncture sessions for a multitude of symptoms. I will have to admit that I was a little skeptical of the actual results of acupuncture. From my first experience, I was shocked at how my mood and symptoms improved. Aven’s gentle touch and positive energy have truly helped the arthritis in my knees and hands. Even after the first treatment the pain was reduced to minimal. Continued treatments have eliminated my knee pain and given me full range of movement. Thank you, Aven!
