Have been generally pretty helpful. Though I've never had to file a claim!
VERY expensive compared to other companies. Check around. I got way better coverage for about half of what they wanted. Plus they “auto-renew” you and if you cancel they charge you a 10% fee! Go elsewhere.
All of the staff was extremely helpful over the phone. Quick and easy quote.
