I head up the Body Corp for an older block of 12 flats which can sometimes be a challenge, between managing residents financial positions, issues that pop up and schedule maintenance getting things done quickly can be hard. Avello were a pleasure to work with. As chair of a body corporate of 10 units we selected Avello from a tender of 3 contractors and their link to Deluxe, value for money and 10-YR warranty were compelling. The scope of the project increased from the initial exterior painting works and included render repairs, and timber replacement works to windows which they managed from their network of contractors. Fantastic finished product and follow up from the team. The team arranged for any windows and tiles to be cleaned professionally if there was any droplets of paint. Amazing
