Horrible service. Long wait times for processing fertility medication. Different people each time you call,. Wish I didn’t have to deal with this pharmacy.
Terrible. Do yourself a favor and avoid if you can. My insurance switched to them this year and it has been so painful. I miss Freedom Pharmacy
My experience with Avella was absolutely horrible! 1.) The process to get my fertility meds verified and processed was absolutely long. 2.) I could not use my HSA card to purchase my fertility medications. 3.) I was told that my prescriptions would arrive to me on this Saturday, However I only received one part of my order which was NOT my fertility injections!
