Update- I finally got ahold of the owner who offered to see if she could balance it out-which declined because I do not want my hair cut shorted and have zero want to get my hair cut there again. There should be a zero star button … I went in a couple days ago for an eyebrow wax …. Never ever again I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for 25 years and this is the first time someone hurt me so badly ….
It was good experience. I got a full face wax. The daughter was good and took her time :) I will get waxed again here :)
