Bad experience, no follow up
The customer service is very bad. If someone ask me, 0 out of 10. Whenever I phoned, they never receive the phone call. In fact, It’s a very quiet centre. Whenever I go the staff are quietly sitting or talking each other, I don’t understand why they don’t take phone. Same question I ask them also, just smiling. This should reach to the Owner of the company.
Kelley was super helpful, helped me with the accessories despite not having an appointment. Aveiro is my go-to for my sleep related tools
