I've been an Aveda customer for over a decade but will no longer shop in store here. The last few visits I had were extremely uncomfortable. I was invited to come into the store for a complimentary facial and hand and scalp massage for my birthday. When I got there, the manager was the only one working and seemed stressed. Beautiful place, nice set up and I don’t remember her name but it was the 24th of June and around 5:45 pm. I love what the aveda curling leave in conditioner does for hair ! I will want to sign up for the 10 dollar thing now since she was so helpful and I can order from and get free shipping when I go back home to idaho!
I brought my friend in to get a birthday gift and was treated by your top notch staff. Your advisor Ben went out of his way to accommodate her and explain the products to both of us. The other two ladies offered us a facial, hand massage, or arm massage. Thank you for the great experience
Employees Vanessa and Helen are friendly and helpful. We had my friends birthday party there. We had a blast. A very nice store.
