This is for Afro hair. I asked them to make hair color correction appointment, I have waited for 1 week when I got their. The lady was shocked to see my hair, because it was Afro. The whole time she was looking at my Afro hair, she was making eye contact with the other lady that was sitting next to me. After few minutes of staring my hair, and touching, She called teachers, they recommended another appointment that starts at 9:00 am to have more time to correct the color not 12:30pm. A friend and I both got a 30 minute facial at the aveda institute. We both enjoyed it. The price was very low, only $25. The staff is very friendly. The only down side is the rooms were a little tight where the services are provided and the facial runs longer than the scheduled time. As a heads up, don’t have any scheduled plans after the appointments. My facial ended up being 45 minutes and my friends was 1 hour even though they were only supposed to be 30 minutes long.
