I visited Aveda at the Eaton Centre yesterday and had such a great experience. Alex was incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient throughout my visit. She took the time to explain the products in detail, answered all my questions with so much knowledge, and made me feel very comfortable. I had a life changing experience here (not kidding!). Michelle helped me find a great combination of products for my life long frizz. My frzz is finally dead. WHat not have i tried in last 15 years for it but could not find anything that really helped me. Michelle helped identify the type of products that will suit my hair type. Cannot say enough great things about the Aveda Eaton Centre store, and about Sarah (store manager) and Jade and Alex. I make a point of going to this location specifically - the team is so friendly; they are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the brand (and so have GREAT recommendations); and always have great suggestions around new ways to use their products. It's not my closest store, but it's the one I make a point of visiting when I'm in the market for an Aveda treat for myself, or to purchase a hard-to-part-with gift!
