Allie helped my girlfriend find the perfect products for her hair. She had a wealth of knowledge and used multiple hair testing techniques that helped her understand her hair better. Absolutely wonderful service.
It seems like many others had a pleasant experience, but mine was different. I visited this afternoon around 4:42, and despite being the only customer in the store, neither of the two employees greeted me or offered any assistance. Even as I left, nothing was said. This is not the best approach to customer service, especially since I had questions about some products I was interested in. A simple greeting or even a “Let us know if you need anything” would have made the experience much better. I definitely won’t be returning.
