Ordered online for store pickup and the whole thing went exactly the way it should. Got the confirmation, came by the store on the second floor of the Galleria, and the order was already sitting there ready to go. Gave my name, they handed it over, and I was out the door in a couple of minutes. No waiting around, no hunting for someone to help me, no problems at all. Very nice store. Sales staff knowledgeable and attentive. They offer a free hair analysis and recommend products based on results. It's also a nice experience.

Bre is absolutely amazing! She made my facial such a relaxing and enjoyable experience, lol I almost fell asleep at one point because it was so soothing. She’s not only skilled but also incredibly sweet and informative, explaining everything she was doing and giving helpful tips. I left feeling pampered, refreshed, and so cared for. Hands down gave the best experience 🙌🏽!
Received an amazing facial at this location from Breyana! Left my skin feeling very glowy snd refreshed. I have some acne and she was very well informed on the best products to help with my skin. Will be visiting again!
