We have been loyal customers for a long time and have always enjoyed purchasing our hair products at this location. Unfortunately, the service we received yesterday 03/5 at 7pm was extremely disappointing. The attendant was on her phone the entire time, she even got locked out of the computer which made us wait longer to pay, and she seemed unfamiliar with the products. We were not offered tea, and instead were only told to be careful with our little one because it was hot — but never asked if we wanted any. This experience ... read more
I love how the employee let you try and play with products without being to sales driven and more education focused. I wish this store was as big as the Dallas NorthPark location. Love these products

Great customer service from Juanita! Professional, friendly and knowledgeable in products. All staff members were friendly and helpful. Fabulous and environmentally friendly products!!!!
Today i met Juanita and she made me a loyal customer just after a few minutes. She was attentive and incredibly welcoming and i truly never have experienced superior customer service like this. I felt like family with her and she took very great care of helping me understand the brand and the products catered to my skin ! Oh and that stress fix oil is a blessing ! Thank you Juanita 🙏
