I scheduled an appointment for a perm on July 20. I was assigned to a student who admitted up front she specialized in haircuts, not perms. I explained to both her and the supervising instructor that I wanted 1 1/2" cut off all over, and medium rods used for the perm all over. The instructor informed me the cut would be done after the perm but, when all was said and done, the cut wasn't.
