I always leave the salon feeling amazing thanks to JC and Abi. JC is a true master colorist! My color is always rich, natural, and exactly what I hoped for (even when I can’t quite explain it!). Abi cuts my hair in a way that perfectly frames my face and makes styling at home so easy. On top of their talent, they both bring such a happy, fun energy to every appointment. I genuinely look forward to seeing them. Highly recommend this dream team!
I will start by saying I am happy with the haircut and highlights. But I feel ripped off. I made an appt online for a haircut, took off work early and went to appt, was told there was a system error and I didn’t have an appt that day. So they got me booked for the next day, and I took off work early again. At that visit, I discussed getting my hair colored and made an appt for 2 weeks later. I made an appointment with Aveda in Round Rock, Texas, since I had very good experiences with Aveda Salons in New York and Florida. Well, I can truly say that I got the worst haircut of my life. The hair stylist was inexperienced and totally clueless how to cut thinning and fine hair. It was and continues to be a horrific experience since it will take some time until my hair will grow again to a length that can be styled.
Horrible service! This was my first time going there, i even had a consult with the manager to let her know what I wanted. They cut my hair (below average, beauty schools do it better). And then they barely blow dry the hair and tell me I’m done. I added some some special treatment for additional money. $160 later I walked away with completely wet hair, forget a style!
