I had high expectations for my first visit here, but my experience with Gita was the worst I’ve had. She was incredibly rough throughout the haircut, repeatedly scratching my ears with the comb, and was quite rude. The blow-dry was also very poor quality. I’m disappointed given the salon's reputation and feel that Gita needs significant additional training before working with more clients. Worst worst worst
