This was my first salon experience in several years since I got a disaster of a haircut and salon experience from a previous salon. Ashley was a wonderful stylist and was able to help me achieve the exact look I was going for and helped to make my hair look so much healthier, she is very sweet and did an amazing job! Very relaxing and clean environment and everyone was very nice and helpful!
I was in the area and only needed a quick bang trim, so I decided to stop in and see if they had any openings. The woman at the front desk, who appeared to be either the manager or owner, told me they had a junior stylist available. I said, “Great! How much is a bang trim?” She replied, “$16.” I told her that sounded good. Then she immediately added, “Well, wait… it’s a $16 clean-up fee and $56 for the trim.” I was completely caught off guard. I had an amazing experience! The scalp massage was incredibly relaxing and left me feeling refreshed. My haircut was exactly what I wanted—professional, precise, and flattering. The wash was thorough and soothing, and the styling was absolutely perfect. Ashley was friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I left feeling confident and looking my best. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
We had a milestone visit here (my sister’s appt) and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the customer service experienced. Exceptional customer care. It’s truly bigger than a hair appointment, it’s human connection and stewardship. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking incredible care of my sister Amy. The post-chemotherapy buzz cut was free of charge We did snag some oil products for her scalp on our way out. God bless!
