NEVER AGAIN!! – Because you have to give a star, here is my one star. My family has been going to Josephine's for 6 years now. We have seen our favorite hair stylist come and go from there. Houston's best hair salon! – Ashley W at Josephine's Day Spa & Salon is awesome! She really listens to what you want, and incorporates her own creative vision, to execute the perfect haircut! The location is perfect as it's convenient for both people out west and east, located right in the middle, off 1-10. I get there off Dairy Ashford, then turn off Eldridge. Ashley at Josephine's Saved the Day – I have not had any hair products in my dark brown hair for over ten years. Needing a change, I recently had my hair highlighted at a 'friend's' salon and I was terribly unhappy with the brassyness and over exposure of it. I lived with it for a week and then went to Jospehines. Ashley is a miracle worker. Not So Awesome – Josephine's Salon has a wonderful atmosphere, and the front-desk staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, this is not the only reason why I go to hair salons. My experience with Michelle was a nightmare. I had long, thick hair and wanted more style. We agreed that adding texture would be the best idea. Josephine's set a great service standard! – I am very pleased with the services I receive from Josephine's. Today I had a hair appointment with Svetlana. She is very caring and genuinely interested in what is important to me. She hears my concerns and builds a path to get me where I want to go with my hair. Perfect Perfect Perfect – I am new to Houston and was having to go through the scary experience of finding a new hair person! That can be so hard for us girls. Well look no further! I just went to Josephine's tonight, and had Nareh highlight my hair. I have NEVER had such good highlights in my life. INCREDIBLE SALON! – I can NOT say enough good about this salon. I love the service I get every single time I go. I only go to Nareh. She is a GENIUS! She cut my long curly hair into a very cute Sarah Jessica Parker bob, and it is so amazing. I can't stop looking in the mirror! Nareh also colors my hair. Great Salon with Talented Stylists! – Wow...this is such a nice salon and spa. I just went for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is very relaxing and you even get a free hand massage during your shampoo. Ashley cut my hair and did a great job. She listened to what I wanted and provided me with her feedback and helpful suggestions. My hair looked great when I left. I wish she could style my hair every day!
What talent....what heart Michelle and Nareh have :) – Whow......what talent....I am a 45 year old female, who went to Josephine's feeling a bit low. I had a wonderfully talented stylist color my hair, her name is Michelle. She is patient, kind, thoughtful and very, very talented when it comes to the chemistry of color. The best I have ever had, and I have lived a long time.
