great customer services – Its hard to find a full Day Spa that is open 7 days a week and close late. I am new to the area. I called on a Sunday surprisingly it was open. My boyfriend back was hurting tremdously due to work related issue. He needed a massage, everywhere I called was either close or wanted me to book for the next day or two. THANK YOU!! – I tried many places before I came to Josephine's. The haircut and highlights I've got were awesome. This is the place where I could also get professional advice of what hair products to use. Thank you for the friendly and professional atmosphere you've created at Josephine's.
very variable! – Had about 6 haircuts here. Quite expoensive and very variable stylists. I would highly recommend Deidre or Xylene. In my opinion they have a preference to cut about 3mm off which looks great as you leave, then about a week later you feel you need a new cut. Took my 2 daughters (age 4 and 7) in to have their ends trimmed - was shocked when she charged me $29 each!!!.. no child friendly.

thoughtful and easygoing – My first visit was an emergency; they found a spot for me right away! 2nd time: helped me choose colors that complimented my skintone; told me which ones to choose in order to keep my cost down. 3rd: I had an appointment but was busy. After 10 minutes; the manager got upset though I never complained; she gave me $10 off and a certificate to use next time Eyebrows waxed: woman was VERY nice...asked me what I wanted and explained everything (I had never done it before) even how to keep it that way on... read more
Great – At Josephine's, I was greeted right away and I felt very welcome. My facial was very relaxing, and my massage was just excellent. I ended up getting a haircut too, and I loved it. I was also amazed that the salon is nontipping. It's nice after you spend so much money, you don't need to shell out anymore for tip. Definitely will be back! Pleased, very pleased! – I have been here quite a few times now (appr 5 times) and each time I leave there satisfied and happy. I usually just go in there and tell my stylist to do whatever he thinks best and I am always leave pleased. Definitely going back for my next do and also trying out there spa too!
Poker?! – It seems that management was away when I went in for an appointment and the front desk help was playing poker with chips and everything. I would have to say this was very unprofessional. I think the employees need more training in customer service. Spend your money elsewhere.
I LOVE JOSEPHINE'S!!! – This is a wonderful neighborhood salon and spa! All the staff are great. I love the smell and the open feeling when you go in. I highly recommend Josephine's for all the ladies who want excellent service with top of the line products. I also had my permanent make up procedure done there by Josephine her self.
