Very refreshing and relaxing! Staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable for first timers
The staff have always been cheerful, helpful, and understanding anytime I've spoken to them on the phone :) in person they are just as inviting!!!! Without getting into to much detail.... I wasn't totally satisfied with a cut so returned the following morning terrified to offend or upset and honestly a bit embarrassed to be "that customer"..... they didn't make me feel like "that customer" for even a second!!!! Tiffany has been amazing with all of my waxes. She has adjusted to add-ons, has excellent bedside manner, and is thorough to where I trust that the hairs are all gone. And I’m not an easy wax!
