I got a massage with hit stones an be oil from Christie. It was the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had in my life. I will be back. The customer service is A plus. From start to finish the whole staff is amazing!
This used to be great and now like the titanic the business is sinking. They did a horrible iob on my son's hair and worse pretended like it was fine. Charged us 185.00 for short hair foiled hair color. It was supposed to be blue it looks greenish and you cant even see it. Look at the photos When i complained to manager they said their customer relations person will call me next week. Why would they not immediately try and fix it ??? Lily was my massage therapist for one of the most luxurious experiences of my life. Sanctuary has cultivated a full experience the moment you walk into the spa. From the robe I wanted to bring home with me, to the foot bath, to the massage itself with aromatherapy—I wouldn’t change one thing. Thank you, Sanctuary and Lily especially for giving me time to myself to breathe and just be.
I have had quite a few facials, massages and hair appts at The Sanctuary Spa. It's always a great experience and such wonderful & talented professionals. My recent visit for a Sports/deep tissue massage with Lily was one of the best ever! The steam room + foot bath pre-treatment were an added bonus. Thank you!
