I booked the head spa experience for both my daughter & myself. I ended up canceling mine. Our appointments were supposed to be at the same time, they were not. The gal who worked on my daughter was very nice & did a wonderful job. I can’t say as much for the rest of the “spa”. The staff was so loud & obnoxious in their conversations with each other - on the salon floor. Not professional at all. It was anything but relaxing or a spa like environment. I have never had this experience and I went with my daughter and it was amazing
I had a massage with Katie this morning and was absolutely blown away by how incredible it was! She was so pleasant, deeply knowledgeable, and just generally so gifted at what she does! I would highly recommend her to anyone!
Absolutely superb massage by Christie! She checked in with me, and adjusted the pressure perfectly. Her technique for working on shoulders is matchless!
