HIGHLY recommend Alyssa for a facial and Isabelle for a massage!! Alyssa was very knowledgeable about skincare and gave me a product recommendation to add to my skincare routine. Isabelle provided a very comforting, calming massage service. All of the staff members were very friendly and welcoming. I had the most relaxing, refreshing experience at Sanctuary Spa, and I’m so glad my boyfriend gifted me the Refresh spa package for my birthday!
My husband planned a week of surprises for my 70th birthday and the biggest surprise was a half day spa package! I was so surprised, excited, and anxious as I had heard about Sanctuary and it came highly recommended from a friend who has a hair salon in Billings. The staff have always been cheerful, helpful, and understanding anytime I've spoken to them on the phone :) in person they are just as inviting!!!! Without getting into to much detail.... I wasn't totally satisfied with a cut so returned the following morning terrified to offend or upset and honestly a bit embarrassed to be "that customer"..... they didn't make me feel like "that customer" for even a second!!!!
