Poor communication with families. Home health nurse refuses to hold up a leg to provide wound care to a heel, but also won't allow family to help. Very disappointed in the nursing services.
Slow going, ok. Nothing grandiose. Expected more support.
Great therapists that provide excellent service! Love having them in our senior community!
