I do not recommend this company for home health care. They have no urgency in providing services needed. Our loved one went without needed supplies and care while they did multiple "assessments" It took almost two weeks to start much needed Physical therapy. We had to call everyday to try to find the status of when a provider would come and were told they could not give us a schedule. We were told "you're home anyway" and "based on his condition can he even participate in PT" when we called the office because we were suppose... read more
