If I could give this company negative stars it would be -10 We have been using them for nine months, most painful and time consuming time of my life. I have spent so much time (which I will never get back) on the phone with them to get absolutely nowhere. This company is a big joke and not surprised has a rating of only 2 stars, which I am sure is due to the fact you have to rate at least 1 star.
My son has been a client of Aveanna for a couple of years now. (Thank you Aveanna for his supplies.) Yes, things started off a little all over the place but they picked up the pieces and so far customer service has solved any issues that have come up. So far, so good. UPDATE: Supply shipments are always on time. They are often respond to inquiries on their portal, quickly. They resolve any issues when it comes to confirmations and/or doctor orders. Oh my gosh, they were terrible. I had to wait two months and pay out of pocket for supplies they hadn't even sent yet. In the end, I told them not to send any more supplies and that I was done. I don't need their service anymore..
