As a client the Pittsburgh office has been a nightmare to deal with. They don’t respond to messages, getting a call back is impossible, and communication is horrendous. They have little disregard for parents schedule and wait until the last minute to do everything. Best advice I can give is find a different agency to use. One that understands taking a caregiver off the schedule without notifying the parent is not ok.
I spent over two weeks getting all of my clearances done- including the CPR/AED certification WHICH I PAID FOR to work for this company, only to be told on the day I completed everything and was supposed to start that the position is “no longer available.” Unbelievable!
