Terrible home health service! So many days the aide doesnt show up. Multiple excuses why and then they say sorry, They dont have anyone to take their place so client sits without being washed up or clean clothes put on day after day! !!! sometimes this happens week to week, So disgusted with this ! How can this be allowed in this country!!! If there was a zero star, I would give that
The staff at Aveanna has been very kind and always very helpful when any questions arise we have. Also nursing staff goes above and beyond to ensure my son gets the care he needs. All around great company.
awful service my grandmother has been through multiple of there employees and not one them has shown any kinda of respect they hire people who have zero experience in home health and lack of making conscious decisions, multiple incidents, her property was recently damaged by one there employees as she was screamed at too! And two of the aides violated hippa law by publicly posting her home information!
