This place is a dumpster fire. Their nursing staff is sporadic to say the least. They can’t get their own stuff together to properly care for your family. I would avoid them at all costs. On the west coast they are incredibly useful for the families that’s they serve but in Texas they are playing under a different set of rules. Stay away from them they have no organization and they will not take care of your family as needed. This is a pastoral outlook.
Update: For the first time in months, we have received our complete order of supplies.
The choice of management at this establishment is mediocre at best. They do not know how to do their jobs when it comes to informing their employees of the necessary tasks that are needed to do their jobs. Which puts the workers in a bind and makes them overworked and undervalued. I wouldn't recommend.
