Zero stars if Google reviews let me. Horrible all around from reception to aides to management. They can’t keep aides I went through dozens of them. Some no shows no calls. Some showed up at 6am not even on the schedule. Had one fall asleep on my couch, one leave for 2 hours to go to the store 1mile away for 5 items. They rarely if ever cleaned, some on their phone. One aid actually said she was glad her former patient who is bedridden had no aide coverage and one who said she hates white people-Im white! Who is this company... read more
This has got to be the worst agency around. They don't follow up, on nor through with nothing, and that's with their clients and employees. Be careful they will charge you for all of their no-shows and then say there was only one. There is definitely a serious issue going on with this place so beware and dont say nobodytold youso. This place needs an audit and reconstruction from the top down. They demonstrate that they don't care about what they do, consistently.
