They hire a OT that is horrible at communicating with client and their parents. The PT was alright and my son loved Ms Emily for ST. They are all very bad at communicating and their policy they broke and penalized my son for it. I look forward to going somewhere else that will actually provide all the services he needs.

They offer therapy for physical speech and occupational and have companies work with them as dme medical supplier and an afo and special equipments needed for kids with extra loving abilities
Receptionists are rude as all can be! They never greet and when I grab the sign in sheet they look at me through the side of their eyes with their nose in the air as if to say we’re peasants. The one time they said anything was YES?. With an attitude. They seriously need an attitude adjustment. The therapist is awesome so great however we have to deal with the snotty attitudes and faces while we come in. It’s just unacceptable and they don’t deserve their job the both of them!
