This company is not organized AT ALL! We were given a list by regional center to which companies they have providomg services for. I began the process in June. We are in mid August & this company kept saying we were missing information. I've called the customer service number to only be told someone will reach out. No one ever did. Not once. I called 3 times- weeks apart. DO NOT SELECT THEM. SELECT ANOTHER COMPANY. I have all the emails to prove it.
Run far and fast from this company when looking to have caregivers for your family member!!! Staff and managers are a joke. Christina the previous manager which I would hope is not employed anymore, was vicious. The newer manager who used to be a coordinator is right up her ally. Threatening to call cps when a parent is out of state to say goodbyes to a dying grandparent because they couldn’t figure out how to staff the case when one of their nurses called off which was a daily occurrence.
